That's everything on file so far — TailWiki checks the FAA registry daily and adds new entries as N1264K's record changes.
The pilot reported that after an uneventful landing, as the airplane was decelerating, he intended to turn off the runway onto the left taxiway. While using the brakes to slow the airplane he applied hard left pedal and the airplane ground looped to the left. The right main landing gear collapsed, and the right wing struck the pavement, which resulted in substantial damage to the right wing.
The pilot reported that there were no preimpact mechanical failures or malfunctions with the airplane that would have precluded normal operation.
