The private pilot reported that the airplane was flown at a relatively high speed during final approach with flaps set to 10 degrees. Upon touchdown, the airplane bounced and porpoised, resulting in a nose landing gear collapse. The airplane’s engine mounts were substantially damaged during the accident sequence. The pilot reported that there were no pre-accident mechanical malfunctions or failures that would have precluded normal operation.
